Putting the Great Recession of 2008 in Perspective

Here is a chart I found on how major economic indicators look compared to the depression of 1929. These graphs show that we still have along way to the bottom if we are going to hit the numbers we did during those 4 years in the from 1929-1933. This slight uptick in consumer prices on the third graph hopefully shows that deflationary periods have stabilized, now lets just hope that all this money that they (the FED) printed to stimulate the economy can be reigned in before the inflationary period take hold when this is all over.
