With the California budget crisis 20,000 State workers are going to lose their jobs, Now that the .gov are contributing to the weekly unemployment numbers when will this sinkhole of the credit crunch recession ever end? Will it suck us all into the abyss and set us back to the stone age when we where trading with seashells and fish. Hopefully NOT! with the new stimulus package signed into law the 3/4 of a trillion dollar spending bill will start flowing into the area’s it needs to be so that at least it slows the job loses and helps lead the economy to a healthy recovery.

GM also announced it was laying off 47,000 employees of its global work force to combat its slowing sales numbers.
